微笑拥抱 积极能量

“微笑和拥抱是人类最好的身体语言,因为它们传递出积极的情感和能量。研究表明,它们可以增强人际关系,缓解紧张和疲劳,减少压力和焦虑。此外,微笑和拥抱还可以激发身体内的内啡肽和多巴胺等脑内物质的分泌,这些物质能够提高幸福感和愉悦感,有益于身心健康。

微笑墙
微笑可以让人感到友好和愉悦,我们向学生、老师和家长发起征集,收集了大家美丽、温暖的笑容,在一个展板集中展示,呈现这一美好的瞬间。

“抱一抱,就没什么大不了!”
拥抱日
拥抱可以传达亲密和温暖的感觉,拥抱日是心理健康月特别设立的活动,我们鼓励孩子们给自己的朋友们一个温暖而真诚的拥抱,我们希望通过这样的活动来传递感恩与善意,让同学们以更加积极的心态面对未来的生活!
主动发起拥抱的同学都会获得一张明信片作为纪念。这张明信片由学生幸福大使设计,传递“爱自己、爱他人、爱生活”的理念。
除了明信片,还有一枚来自哈罗珠海学子精心设计的“心理健康贴纸”,这张贴纸在心理健康月贴纸比赛中脱颖而出,发挥了同学们的创造力,呼吁大家一起关注心理健康,“爱自己”从不为过。这份小礼物充满了大意义。
幸福大使 倾听支持
幸福大使是哈罗珠海独具特色的学生领袖职位,是我们的“小天使”天团。他们组织和协助各式活动,关注同学们的生活学习状态和生活状态,做大家的倾听者、支持者,提升大家在哈罗珠海社区的幸福感。

“积极心理学是一门揭示人类优势和促进其积极机能的新兴应用科学,著名心理学家弗洛伊德、积极心理学先驱塞利格曼等学者都对此做了很多研究。积极心理学及其实践致力于识别和理解人类优势和美德,帮助人们生活得更快乐和更有意义。”
学习了一些理论知识后,家长们进行了一些练习,用积极心理学技术认识自己,例如画出属于自己的“情绪画”、列出“生命线”和进行963品质练习。期间,家长们静心搜索自己拥有9个积极品质,写出6个参与或主导过的事情,还列出了3个需要改进的方向。

家长亲授太极拳
哈罗珠海的家长活跃于哈罗社区,在心理健康月为同学们带来了中国传统武术中的道家太极拳,让哈罗珠海的学子们学习如何调动身体,让使身体和精神达到平衡的状态。同学们带着好奇心跟着家长挥动手脚,感受中国传统武术的魅力。

"Smiles and hugs are the best body language for humans as they convey positive emotions and energy.Studies have shown that they can enhance relationships, relieve tension and fatigue, and reduce stress and anxiety. In addition, smiles and hugs stimulate the body"s secretion of endorphins and dopamine, intracerebral substances that increase feelings of happiness and pleasure and are beneficial to physical and mental health."

Smiles can make people feel friendly and happy. We launched a call to students, teachers and parents to collect beautiful, warm smiles photos from everyone and displayed them on one board to present this beautiful moment.

The photo wall showcases the optimistic, healthy and sunny spirits of Harrow community membersand serves as a way to promote students" concern for their mental health and to face life"s unpredictable encounters with a smile.

"Have a hug. It"s no big deal!"
Hug Day
Hugs can convey feelings of closeness and warmth. Hug Day is a special event created for Mental Health Month, where children are encouraged to give their friends a warm and sincere hug. We hope to convey gratitude and kindness through such activities, so that students can face their future lives with a more positive mindset!
Students who take the initiative to initiate a hug will receive a postcard as a souvenir. The postcard was designed by the wellbeingambassadors to convey the concept of "love yourself, love others and love life".
In addition to the postcard, there was also a "Mental Health Sticker" designed by Harrow Zhuhai students,which stood out in the Mental Health Month Sticker Competition. Never too much for yourself. This small gift is full of big meaning.

As G9 students approach their senior high school entrance examinationand are under high mental stress, the wellbeingambassadors have extended an invitation to the whole school to write sincere blessings to them,cheering them on and encouraging them to achieve good results,demonstrating the warmth of the Harrow family.

Psychological education requires collaboration between parents and teachers. Harrow Zhuhai strengthens home-school cooperation to help children solve problems in learning and life. During Mental Health Month, Harrow Zhuhai organised parent workshop and parent-teaching activities to allow positive outlook on life to sprout and develop in the Harrow community, working together with parents to enable students to grow in a positive and happy atmosphere.

"Positive psychology is an emerging applied science that reveals human strengths and promotes their positive functioning, and has been much studied by scholars such as the renowned psychologist Sigmund Freud and positive psychology pioneer Seligman. Positive psychology and its practice are dedicated to identifying and understanding human strengths and virtues to help people live happier and more meaningful lives."
After learning some theory, parents were given exercises to get to know themselves using positive psychology techniquessuch as drawing their own "mood picture", listing "lifelines" and doing ‘the 963 qualities exercise’. During the exercise, parents meditated on the 9 positive qualities they possess, wrote down 6 things they are involved in or lead, and listed 3 areas for improvement.

"Balance body and mind for healthy development"

Parents from Harrow Zhuhai, who are active in the Harrow community, brought Taoist Taichi, a traditional Chinese martial art, to the students during Mental Health Month so that Harrow Zhuhai students could learn how to mobilise their bodies so that they could bring their bodies and minds into a state of balance. The students followed her with curiosity and waved their hands and feet to experience the charm of traditional Chinese martial arts.
